Dog swallowed stick, gagging, struggles to drink. Need emergency vet?

My dog swallowed part of a stick about 9 hours ago. She seems to be uncomfortable when she tries to drink, although she is thirsty. She makes the gagging motion with her mouth without the gagging sound. She is otherwise normal and has been able to eat the few kibbles I’ve given. Do I need to rush her to the emergency vet? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 2 years and 4 months old | 30 lbs
