What is on my dogs ear? He had a lump like this a week ago and it went away in 24 hours and a new one just appeared. Pet's info: Dog | Cockapoo | Male | neutered | 4 years and 8 months old | 127 lbs

It looks like it could be a tick but I really cannot tell with 100% certainty just by looking at the photo. I suggest you take him to your vet for them to check. If it's not a tick then they can tell you what it is - could be a tumor or a cyst as well.
