What's the best wet/dry cat food for indoor cats with fish allergy?

Hi! What is/are the VERY BEST cat foods (both wet and dry) that you recommend? I’ve been trying to do some research and I am pretty clueless since I’m not educated on animal nutrition. I’m pretty sure I don’t want any of that by-product meal or weird fillers. Just clean, highest quality ingredients that deliver the optimal levels of everything he needs in his diet. Romeo is a 1.5 years old, neutered, indoor cat who is allergic to fish/seafood. Price does not matter. Multiple options welcomed. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Male | neutered | 1 year and 6 months old | 11 lbs
