Could new dental treats be making my cat vomit multiple times?

Hi, my cat is a healthy cat, slightly overweight for his size but barely, he never pukes, maybe once or twice, tonight however he meowed and started retching, he puked once, then again, he was okay for a few minutes, and then he vomited another two times, one very little puke, one slightly more but still not much, he's okay now but we're worried due to the fact that it happened 4 times. We gave him new dental treats recently, we haven't been precise with the amount always, could he be reacting?

Yes, it could be the new dental treats causing Cloud to vomit. The addition of a new food, even treats, can cause stomach upset. I can give you a home remedy for him to see if that helps. Withhold food until the morning, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. If the vomiting continues in the absence of food, he refuses to eat the bland diet, he vomits the bland diet, develops diarrhea, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, he will need to see a vet right away. There are no vets in my city who check cats properly, they only have treatments for goats, cows and other dairy animals, my cat vomited i guess twice today, first time, he was sleeping, then suddenly woke up and started meowing loadly and then acted

Poor Midnight! It could be the change in diet is the cause of her vomiting and stool problems. He could also be suffering from pancreatitis or a foreign body causing the vomiting, stool problems, and pain. Given that his symptoms started today, I can give you a home remedy to see if that helps. I recommend withholding food for 12-24 hours, then feeding a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet (the old food you were feeding him, not the cheaper food). If the vomiting continues in the absence of food, he vomits the bland diet, develops diarrhea, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, he will need to see a vet right away. Although my cat is acting normal, his feces are coming out as liquids. The only change in his diet are his new Greenies Dental Treats, but otherwise it’s all the same. Why is he pooping liquid? Is this harming him? What could be the issue?
This new treat could be causing Beanz to have diarrhea. I'd stop giving him the treats, and I can give you a home remedy for his diarrhea. My dog just threw up like this, what could it be? He has never thrown up like this. He had not eaten anything, yesterday i got him new treats, and earlier today i gave him a few kibbles duck flavor as treats that he has never had before.
Poor Iker! It could be the new treats you gave him causing the vomiting. A sudden change in diet such as new treats can causing GI upset. I can give you a home remedy for him to see if that helps. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. My cat has been throwing up every 25-30 minutes since last night. He looks better, but still getting sick here and there. Did he just eat too many treat sticks?
It is possible Toby overindulged. Withhold food for 24 hours. Allow small amounts of water or unflavored PediaLyte. Resume feeding a bland diet in small, frequent amounts. Wait at lest an hour between feedings. Once the vomiting stops, transition slowly to the regular diet. if the vomiting does not stop or if Toby develops other symptoms (lethargy loss of appetite, diarrhea, abdominal pain, etc.), then have him examined by your veterinarian.

My cat vomits after eating a treat. This happens every time. We switched him and his brother to wet food and ceased treats. Is there cause for concern
If your cat only vomits when given a treat but otherwise is tolerating the wet food without vomiting or diarrhea, then there is little cause for concern. Cat do not need extra treats to be happy and healthy. In fact, some cats can be very sensitive to even minor changes in their diet. Your cat may just be sensitive to one or more ingredients in the treats. Your should seek veterinary attention, however, if your cat routinely has bouts of vomiting or diarrhea that aren't associated with changes in the diet.

Our cat is vomiting and having diarrhea every few hours and sleeping in between. It started early this morning after she got a can of food she doesn't normally eat. Could it be related to that? It always upsets her stomach a little bit never this bad
Changing food can cause gastritis/enteritis so it could be from the can of food. You could withhold food for 12 hours and if the vomiting and diarrhea stops then try a bland diet. You could buy a commercial gastrointestinal diet or try a little bit of boiled chicken and see how she does. If the vomiting and diarrhea continues or she becomes lethargic then she should be examined by a vet for treatment. She may need fluids, anti-vomiting, antibiotic, and a gastrointestinal protectant. Hope she feels better soon!
