Hello. This swelling is severe and should be checked immediately by the surgeon or animal hospital that performed the surgery. If they aren’t available, seek attention somewhere else. This indicates bleeding within the scrotal sac. Even if it has stopped, this amount of swelling needs medical or even possible surgical attention.
