My cat's UTI is worsening, in pain, not eating. Is it an emergency?

Recently my Cat Lee has gotten a UTI. I’ve been giving him medicine for it but he seems to be getting worse. He hasn’t been eating or drinking much and now he’s laying on the floor not moving much and groaning every once in awhile. Looks like he’s in pain. I’m writing to you because it is 4 am where I’m at and I’m unsure what to do. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 10 lbs

Hi, it sounds like he might benefit to be seen as an emergency ASAP. It could be that he has not been able to pass urine and he is now in pain and starting to suffer possible life threatening consequences. Could you have him checked over ?
