My dog ate a grape 5 days ago. Now has diarrhea. Is it kidney issues?

Hey! Kind of an update from the last time I asked a question here. So it’s been 5 days since my 50lbs dog ate one grape. No symptoms or anything the past 5 days and my vet said when it happened on Friday to monitor him for 72 hours. And he was fine those hours. But just an hour ago he had diarrhea. I’m worried it could be symptoms popping up late. But other than that, he’s still perfectly normal. Do you think it could be kidney issues arising? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 7 months and 17 days old | 60 lbs

Typically a dog with kidney dysfunction will vomit, drink excessive water, refuse food and be lethargic.
