My 5-month-old Pitbull puppy has new bumps on his belly. What's wrong?

My pitbull is 5 months old and he has these bumps all over his stomach. He just got the bumps today. What are these ? What do I need to treat it. Pet's info: Dog | Staffordshire Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 5 months and 8 days old | 55 lbs

If they came up suddenly, they may be some kind of insect bite or an allergic reaction. Since he is so young, it's also possible that it is a condition called puppy pyoderma, which is roughly euivalent to acne in people. If this is the case it usually will clear up on its own, but since his look pretty widesprad, I would get him checked by your vet to make sure he doesn't need medication to speed his healing.
