Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 35 lbs
Hi my 4 month old Labrador had a bout of roundworms. He had a dewormer Milbemax yesterday at 2 pm. Today he seemed fine until this evening: he vomited and is now disinterested in eating and seems unreasonably sleepy. Is this a bad reaction or normal? We live in a small town with no emergency vet assistance so any advice would be helpful.

Hello. Doom may be just a bit nauseous from the Milbemax dislodging all the roundworms, so see how he is feeling in the morning. If he still is lethargic, uninterested in eating & vomiting tomorrow, do contact your veterinarian to have him evaluated. Hopefully, he will be feeling better soon. Thanks for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
