Frenchie puppy lethargic, shivering after vaccines. Emergency vet?

My 11 week old frenchie got his 2nd round of vaccines today and is still extremely lethargic 8 hours later, and shivered off and on this afternoon. Do I need to take him to the 24/7 vet hospital? Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 17 days old | 7.5 lbs

I am concerned that French Fry (LOVE his name!) isn't doing well, and yes I do think it's best you take him into the 24/7 vet. I can't say if he's ok or not without seeing him in person, so to be safe, I would take him into a vet now to get checked out. I hope this helps.
