My kitten has a swollen eyelid and red ear. Could it be an allergy?

Hello, I have two 10 week old kittens and one of them started having a red swollen eyelid and now a little bit red inner ear on the same side of the eye. He doesn't scratch it and it doesn't seem to bother him when we touch those spots. No eye discharge either. Could it be an allergic reaction to food? Or playing rough with his brother do this? Thank you!

Food allergies are actually pretty rare in cats, so I'm wondering if this is from playing rough with Ciri's brother. I am concerned that he has a swollen eyelid, and from the picture, it does look quite swollen. Any eye problem is an emergency because leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. I'd take him into a vet today to get this treated. Best of luck.
