My dog's eye is swollen and cloudy from soap. Should I see a vet?

Hello, I recently gave my chihuahua Milo a bath and got soap in his eye. Maybe around and hour later he wouldn’t open it so we’ve been trying to flush his eye with water but he wouldn’t open it and it would run and was very puffy/ swollen. Then today we flushed it some more and he finally started to open it up more even though he would scream if we touched it. Now that it’s more open, I noticed that he has a little bit of a cloud in his eye but I don’t know what to do. I’m not sure about vets..

Poor Milo. It sounds like his eye is quite painful if he screams when you touch it. Any eye problem needs to be checked out by a vet promptly as leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. I'd take him into a vet immediately to get his eye treated. Best of luck.
