Why is my dog's eye turning blue, red, and watery? Is it an emergency?

This could be due to a severe eye infection or Chikki could have injured her eye. I see what you mean about the eye turning blue. This is a medical emergency and you cannot treat this at home. Leaving this untreated can lead to vision loss. Please take her into a vet immediately to get this diagnosed and treated. Best of luck.

Blue eye that suddenly appear could be a sign of a severe eye condition such as uveitis or corneal ulcer, you need to Brownie to the vet urgently in order to get that eye checked and treated, if left untreated she is likely to lose sight in that eye.

It is very hard to make out the photo but I can see the blue, redness and discharge. You are right the dig needs to see a vet. There appears to be an infection going on and the blue colour either means oedema of the cornea which is the transparent eye layer at the front, or uveitis which is inflammation behind the cornea. I would suspect tgat the cornea may be damged which is very serious. Either way the dog needs a vet because at best this will require eye drops to heal but may need more extensive treatment. It is currently the owners responsibility so I would remind her of her obligation to keep the animal healthy and urge her to visit the vet.

The blue area is likely inflammation and scarring, with the pink tinge related to new blood vessels trying to repair a damaged area. This can be due to severe ulcers or sometimes autoimmune disease. A full eye check by your vet is recommended, in the meantime regular rinsing with sterile saline eye wash or cooled boiled water can help, artificial tear gels can also help reduce discomfort until you can arrange an appointment

Given that they are both showing the same problem, it could be a hereditary condition such as cataracts, glaucoma, or corneal dystrophy. I would take Shug and your other dog into the vet to have their eyes examined as soon as possible.
