Why is my dog's eye turning blue, red, and watery? Is it an emergency?

Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Female | unspayed | 10 years and 7 months old | 26.45 lbs

One of his eye colour is changing from black to blue and also water dropping and redness in colour changing eye.

This could be due to a severe eye infection or Chikki could have injured her eye. I see what you mean about the eye turning blue. This is a medical emergency and you cannot treat this at home. Leaving this untreated can lead to vision loss. Please take her into a vet immediately to get this diagnosed and treated. Best of luck.
