My 12-week puppy vomited white foam but is playing. Is she okay?

12 week old puppy vomited this morning after eating. When she woke up she had spit up a little. She is playing normally and urinating but she spit up a small amount of white foam. Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | 2 months and 20 days old | 14 lbs

Hello. At such a young age, we still have to worry about some of the puppy diseases, including Distemper & Parvo, even if she has had 1 or 2 vaccines. Watch her closely over the next 24 hours & if she seems to be worse in terms of not wanting to eat, being a little lethargic, or increased vomiting, please see your veterinarian. Puppies will eat anything at this age, so it is just possible she has a bit of an upset tummy. You should know better which way this will go in the next day or so. If she feels like eating, I would feed her on schedule, but perhaps feed just a little less than normal until you see where this goes. I hope she is feeling better soon.
