My cat won't eat for 3 days but acts fine. What can I do to help?

my cat has not eaten for 3 days, not sure if she is drinking although I am finding her litter pan is normal. I tried introducing a new food because her coat looked dull. I mixed it with her old food but she didnt go near it. She will only eat dry food and nothing else. I removed all of the new food and put back her old food but she is still not eating. She seems well is playing with toys, jumping up on my lap and seeming quite normal otherwise. she gets ill in cat carrier so hard to go t vet. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed

Hi and thanks for your request. If she is fine otherwise, this prolonged inappetence does not seem to be affecting her as much and it may be just the case to find a good alternative to what your giving. Try with different type of food, different flavours, different consistencies. Boiled chicken or white fish is often a good option.
