Hello and thank you for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. It may be chronic eye infection, allergic reaction or Demodex infestation (skin parasite often found in puppies around the eyes). You should take Dino to your local vets to get skin scrapes examined under the microscope to rule in/out Demodex. Alternatively, you can try Advocate (Bayer) spot-on treatment. You can buy this product over-the-counter Online or at pet shops.

The three most common reasons for redness around the eye are environmental allergies, an allergic reaction or demodex mites. I recommend to have Browinr examined by the veterinarian today. Until them, protect the area from any ribbing and she should wear an elizabethan collar at all times. Keep the area clean and dry. An oral antihistamine may help. I hope this helps.
