Are my bottle-fed puppies eating too much milk? They have diarrhea.

Hi, Betrix had 5 puppies 3 days ago, they all very healthy and i bottle feed them. The puppies eat a lot, like maybe 30 ml every 2 hours...is it ok to let them drink milk as much as they want or to limit them? They’re stomach is very big. They have diarrhea, but its probably due to me gave them pedialyte. I already stop giving them pedialyte and give them probiotic. Thanks. I would feed them a little less, wait an hour, then give them more if they want it. You don't want to overfeed them as it can lead to diarrhea. That may be why they have diarrhea. I'd have them checked out by a vet for this diarrhea. Best of luck.
