My dog's skin is darkening on legs and belly. Should I worry?

Hi there! I have noticed the skin on my 2 year old dogs legs and under belly/groin area starting to darken from a pink color to a darker brown color. I do not know if I should be concerned or if this is seasonal. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 2 years and 1 month old | 65 lbs

Thank you for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach with your question about Depo. This does not sound normal, and it could be due to a skin infection. Without seeing him person, I can't say for certain what is going on. I'd have him seen by a vet to have this diagnosed and treated. I hope this helps!
