My dog ate Adderall. He's pacing and pupils are dilated. Help!

My 15 lbs chihuahua mix may have eaten a 5 or 10 mg off brand adderall he pacing and pupil are large and none reactive to the flashlight

Given that he is showing these signs, I suspect he did eat the Adderall. This is a medical emergency, you need to take him into a vet immediately to get this treated. Best of luck.

Contact your veterinarian right away. Adderall falls within a group of drugs known as amphetamines. According to the PetPoisonHelpline website, ingestion of amphetamines in dogs can produce the following symptoms: agitation, aggression, panting, sedation, elevated heart rate, hypertension, drooling, vomiting, diarrhea, tremors, and seizures. Treatment may include decontamination (if appropriate), IV fluids, thermoregulation, heart and blood pressure monitoring, and supportive care.

I think my 35-40 pound dog ingested a 10mg xr adderall
This might be enough to cause mild signs of toxicity, but is not expected to cause severe signs of toxicity. Signs of toxicity are hyperactivity, restlessness and head bobbing. If you notice this, then it's best to take him to a vet as soon as possible. You can monitor him at home for now, but the best option would be to take him to the vet for monitoring. The vet can also give medication to prevent absorption of the drug and give any necessary treatment. Otherwise, if he doesn't have any sign of toxicity in the next 24 hours, then he should be safe. Take your dog to your veterinarian or a 24-hour emergency veterinary clinic immediately! This is an emergency! Amphetamine poisoning in dogs affects the central nervous system, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, and respiratory systems. Clinical signs may include agitation, dilated pupils, tremors, seizures, elevated heart rate, high blood pressure, panting, drooling, vomiting, and diarrhea. Aggressive treatment, including decontamination (if appropriate), IV fluids, sedation, thermoregulation (and cooling measures, if needed), electrocardiogram/blood pressure monitoring, and symptomatic/supportive care, is recommended.

Puppy got a hold of a Vyvanse. Most is left but broke the capsule open. 16 week old husky puppy. About 25-30 pounds. All vets near me are closed.
Vyvanse, clinical signs can be seen at 1 mg/kg in dogs; severe clinical signs (e.g., such as tremors, seizures, etc.) can be seen at 10 mg/kg. With amphetamine toxicosis, secondary stimulation of certain body systems can result in significant clinical signs: CNS (e.g., agitation, mydriasis, tremors, seizures), cardiovascular (e.g., tachycardia, hypertension), GI (e.g., vomiting, diarrhea, hypersalivating), and respiratory (e.g., panting). If your dog ingested a toxic dose, you must find an emergency vet and take him there urgently.

my chihuha just ate two of my high blood pressure pills what could happen to him
Hello and thank you for reaching out to Boop by Petco. I'm very concerned that Sony could become markedly hypotensive (very low blood pressure) after taking these pills. Given that he is a chihuahua, the mg/kg dose that he ingested is most likely a VERY large overdose and could be fatal. I recommend attempting to make him vomit as soon as possible by administering hydrogen peroxide to him orally. You may give him a teaspoon (you may have to use a turkey baster to help get it in his mouth) to try to make him vomit. If he does not vomit after 10 minutes, you may try giving him another teaspoon. Ultimately if this is unsuccessful, I recommend bringing him to your nearest emergency veterinarian as soon as possible. That way, a veterinarian can use medication that is injectable to induce vomiting. He/she can also administer medications to try to reduce absorption of this medication and prevent it from having its dangerous effects. Again, I am very concerned about Sony. I hope this is helpfu

My cat quickly licked a 20mg Instant Release Adderall pill. She did not put it in her mouth or ingest any more of it. Will she be ok?

With a quick lick, the odds are she did not ingest enough to cause a problem, but I will give you symptoms of Adderall toxicity just in case. They include agitation, sudden aggression, vomiting, diarrhea, dilated pupils, seizures, tremors, panting, and drooling. If you see any of those signs, rush her into a vet immediately. Best of luck.

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! Regardless of who got into this, that would be a very high dose of this and this requires a veterinary evaluation as soon as possible. If this happened within the last 2 hours, they may still be able to induce vomiting to retrieve some of the contents of the pills and start a decontamination process. They may also require supportive care as needed to keep them comfortable as some animals that are overdosed can experience deep sedation among other possible side effects. Good luck!

My dog accidentally ate my 75mg Effexor capsul
This is a very high dose for a 20lb dog and some effects are likely to be seen. If it was eaten within the last 90 minutes, then it's best to take him to a vet so they can induce vomiting and give other treatment to prevent absorption of the drug. At this dose he is in danger of having tremors and possibly seizures, it's best to take him to the vet as soon as possible for treatment and monitoring. If you suspect your pet ingested meth, please take her to your nearest emergency clinic right away for life saving treatment. what to do if I think my dog ingested a little bit of methamphetamine and is twerking? can I give him some trazadone that is prescribed for him?

Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies.
