My puppy is vomiting, not eating, and lethargic. Could it be parvo?

Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Male | neutered | 4 months and 27 days old | 39 lbs

My 4 months old puppy is sleeping for 2 days he doesn't want to eat anything also he is vomiting twice or three times a day ( white liquid), he doesn't have any saliva and his temperature is 38 Also he's teething Unfortunately i can't visit a vet because of curfew and covid-19 situation + he got his vaccines for 8 diseases including parvo.

One parvo vaccine is not enough to protect him from parvo. Did he get three sets of vaccine boosters or only one set? Any vomiting puppy is a parvo suspect. I would assume vets would be open for emergency cases??? If not, all you can do is supportive care at home and hope he makes it. There is no medication I can recommend because I have no idea what you have available to you. If you would like to post again with a link to a local pharmacy or something like that where we can see what is available there may be some human antacid medications we can recommend that may help him.
