My cat ate Christmas decor, now vomiting green. Is it an emergency?

We have Christmas decorations up which include garland and Christmas tree. One of my cats just throw up 4 times in a row and you can see green stuff in the vomit. Not sure if it’s poisonous or if he’s going to be okay now. Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | neutered | 2 years and 7 months old
