My puppy is vomiting, has diarrhea, and bloated. Is it serious?

I'm not sure if my puppy has anything serious, he's vomited, had Diarrhea and is bloated. Is there anything wrong with him? Pet's info: Dog | West Highland White Terrier | Male | unneutered

Hi and thanks for posting on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. There can be a lot of different causes for the bloating, diarrhea, and vomiting. Parasitic infection, organ issues, infections, foreign body ingestion or gastrointestinal blockages can all be possibilities. I would recommend Archie see his veterinarian as soon as possible so he can be evaluated. He may need a fecal test, blood work, and/or x-rays to help with a diagnosis.
