Why is my puppy having seizures and peeing uncontrollably? Distemper?

My dog is being tested for distemper... is having Seizures and cannot hold bladder. He pee’s uncontrollably like 10 times in 30 minutes. What does this all mean? Is he going to pass away soon? He’s only 3 months. Acts fine either then all of those symptoms. Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 13 days old | 25 lbs

Poor Jax. Unfortunately if he does have distemper, it is highly fatal and the fact that it has progressed to the neurological stage is not good. Should he have distemper and he has these symptoms, the prognosis likely isn't good, I'm sorry.
