My Yorkie has growing bumps and coat highlights. What should I do?

My 2 year old yorkie looks like her coat has highlights . She also has some small bumps one on her head and a couple on her back and the one on her back has become larger. Pet's info: Dog | Shorkie | Female | spayed | 2 years and 6 months old | 6 lbs

The bumps could be cysts, lipomas, or benign tumors. These need to be checked out by a vet, especially since one has become larger. The highlights could be her fur has lightened from being out in the sun.
