Is Nexgard safe for my dog with flea anemia to treat fleas and ticks?

My 8months old husky is experiencing flea anemia. She was brought to the clinic and had given antibiotics and supplements. Can i give nexgard to my dog to kill the ticks and flea? Pet's info: Dog | Husky | Female | 35 lbs

It is vital to treat all in contact pets and spray all bedding areas with an insecticidal household flea spray to kill eggs and larvae. Nexguard would be a great choice but check with your vet first that they have not already treated Betty for fleas and double dosing her would not be required
