What are the early signs my female dog is going into her first heat?

She's 7 mos. old by now but still not having her first heat. What are the signs that California would experience before heving her first heat? Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Female | 7 months old | 7.055 lbs

She will develop an enlarged vulva as one of the 1st signs. She may become restless and she will have some blood come from her vulva and she may even developed some mildly enlarged mammary glands. If you are unsure, have your vet take a look and they should be able to tell you. Some dogs don't go into heat until 10-12 months old. Every dog is different. I hope this helps !
