My dog has hip pain. Can I safely give him two Norocarp pills?

My dog Zeke is a pure bred lab and often has issues with his hips. He was prescribed 75 mg of Norocarp when needed. He is 75lb and it doesn’t seem like one pill will do it for him. Is it safe to give him two? Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | neutered | 75 lbs
