My cat got out, has a red, growing, hairless leg patch. Infected?

Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Female | unspayed | 5 lbs

I have a cat that is approx.1 yr she is an indoor cat she can stick it out every once in awhile well about a week or two ago she got out and when she came back I noticed that she had a square-shaped patch of hair missing on the back of her hind leg and it was really red a week later now it has grown to a rectangular shape up her leg it's still red and I would like to know what I can do to make it better it kind of looks like it's starting to get infected but it is grown double in size up he leg

It could be that Cittie go into a fight when she was outside, and she does now have an infected wound. It's concerning that it's grown double in size. Give your a vet a call first thing in the morning to make an appointment to have her seen. If that is infected, she will need to be treated with antibiotics. You should also consider that if she got out and was in heat, there's a very good chance she could be pregnant. You can discuss spaying her with the vet during the appointment for her leg.
