My puppy had parvo. How can I help her gain weight and recover?

Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 18 days old

I got 5 days ago Cookie and inmediately took her that day to the vet she was more quieter than normal for a puppy,she was positive for parvo, she vomit at the vet office when she feed her to check her reaction,she hasn’t have any diarrhea,nor vomiting other than that moment at the vet’s,I’m giving her antibiotic,her SB,and she is being eating and drinking pretty good,questions are:how can I help her gain weight & she is being playful day & night but sleeps like 4 times a day is normal?

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Cookie. I am happy to here that she is recovering. Feed her a high quality puppy food and she will start to gain weight as she recovers from the virus. Feed her three times per day and offer plenty of fresh water. Puppies at her age should play hard and then nap. They will repeat this cycle throughout the day. Her energy may still be low from the infection, but it sounds like she is recovering well.
