Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Toby! Causes of vomiting are: intestinal parasites, viral or bacterial infections, he ate something gross that is upsetting his stomach, foreign body that is causing a blockage, pancreatitis, toxin ingestion, reaction to a new food/treat/table food, food allergy/intolerance, or intestinal inflammation. The noises you here are the intestines moving gas through. Most dogs do not eat or vomit when owners hear the gurgly noises. I recommend with holding water for 6 hours and food for 12 hours. If there is no vomiting in the 6 hours then start allowing small sips of water frequently. If he holds the water down then restart feeding as a bland diet of boiled chicken breast or hamburger meat with rice. Feed 1 cup per 20 lbs per day for 3-5 days. If he continues to vomit when water or food is offered or during the fasting periods then he needs to see a Vet. I wish Toby the best!
