My dog is vomiting blood and diarrhea, no vet. What can I do at home?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 1 year old | 25 lbs

My dog is keeps vomiting and the last time there were some blood as well. He also has a runny tummy. Gums turn pink to white the whole time and his nose is dry. We have no 24h vet nearby, what can we give him?

He might have eaten something spoiled that is causing this. withhold food for 12 hours then offer him boiled boneless chicken and rice every 6 hours in small portions. if he is eating and not vomiting, continue with this diet for 2 days. After 2 days, you can put him back gradually on his normal food. If he continues vomiting or is not eating, take him to the vet to get treatment.
