Why does my dog have a scabbing bump on her head and losing fur?

Hi. My dog Marley has had a bump on her head behind her left eye for about a week and the fur has fallen off of it and it’s kinda scabbing. It looks like there may be a second one. I’m just wondering what this could be. Thanks. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | 70 lbs

Poor girl! It looks like a little local infection or a cyst that she has rubbed all the hair off of. Since you feel like there is a second one now developing, I would have your vet take a look at it before more come up. Your vet can aspirate that bump if needed to make sure it isn't cancerous. They will also be able to prescribe some antibiotics if needed. I hope this helps!
