My dog ate hot cocoa. Is milk chocolate toxic for a 20lb dog?

Hi my dog is a shitzu she weights about 16 to 20 lbs she ate a half of pack of Swiss miss hot coca about an hour ago will she get sick what should i do ? I don’t know how much is in the pack it was milk chocolate with marshmallows i discovered it about 3 hours ago and i just smelled it on her Beard please help. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 20 lbs

Hello. So sorry this happened. I would not be very worried about this. I plugged all the details into a calculator and she did not ingest a toxic dose. Milk chocolate is the least toxic to dogs and she only ate 1/2 packet which is about 10 grams. You may notice some minimal symptoms if she has any at all. These would include upset stomach, diarrhea and some restlessness. If you are worried at all you should always take Bella to your vet. While she didn't eat a toxic dose, each animal is an individual and there is no way for me to be sure how her system will react. Hope this helps. Best wishes.
