Why is my dog vomiting, weak, stumbling, pooping black, and won't eat?

My dog is vomiting sticky liquid from his mouth and he is very weak he is not able to maintain coordination while walking n pooping reddish black liquid poop he is also not eating anything not even mediciens are remaining in his stomach. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male
