Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | unneutered | 24 days old
My 4 week old kitten is fairly slim, except for the bottom of his stomach which almost grazes the floor. It's not hard to the touch, but it is so large it seems concerning. He seems okay most of the time, but when his brothers and sisters are playing he will stick to the sidelines. I'm very worried, should I immediately take him to the vet?

It could be that Tubby is suffering from intestinal worms, causing him to be slim but have a big belly. Because it's so large that you are concerned, I do think a vet visit is a good idea. As long as he is eating and drinking, and going to the bathroom normally, you do not need to rush him into vet. I would call the vet today to make an appointment for him to be seen this week however. Best of luck, I hope this helps!
