My dog has bloody diarrhea that looks like a piece of liver all blood but the texture looks like liver. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 8 lbs

Poor pup! Extremely bloody diarrhea like this is a serious problem that needs immediate veterinary care, so I would recommend taking him to the vet to be seen right away. This could be caused by a severe GI problem like HGE (hemorrhagic gastroenteritis), parvo (if he hasn't been fully vaccinated), or pancreatitis; or could be a result of intestinal damage or toxicity from something he ate. Your veterinarian can do blood work or other testing if needed to help diagnose the problem and get him started on appropriate treatment.
