Is it safe to delay my cat's onion toxicity recheck blood test?

Dr: Melanie: Hi! I was thinking of taking Kitty in today for a recheck bld test to make sure she's clear of any onion toxicity . I also dont want wanna stress her out with another vet visit so soon after her dental and possibly make her lil cold worse and She seems better today. What do you think ? If I don't take her in today it wouldn't be till sat that I would be able to . Thank you :). Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | spayed | 9 years and 3 months old | 9 lbs

Hi Laila! Given that she seems better today and it would be a while until you could get her in again to the vet, I do think having the blood test today is a good idea. It's better to be safe than sorry :-)
