Eating feces does not cause parvo. Apparently their feces smell good to them. Sometimes the food they eat still makes the feces smell like food and so they eat them. Another reason for eating feces is that puppies need the correct intestinal flora for digestion, and so they would eat mama's poop. While it is not a catastrophe that your puppies are eating their feces, however it would be better to stop that so it does not become an annoying habit for the rest of their life. This involves finding and immediately removing any poop you find. There are some flavors that can be added to the food which make the poop taste bad, but this does not always work.
