Hi,my cat is limping with his front left leg for 10 days without getting better or worse,he's licking his paw pads and obviously feels pain when the paw touches the ground, but he still uses it when walking, only when sits or stays on one place he holds the paw in the air, also doesn't move its fingers and nails when stretching,I checked it many times and there's no visible sign of problem,no wounds,no broken nails,no swollen,no color change, have you any ideas what can cause his limping, thank you?

It's likely to be a foreign body that entered the paw and is now inside it, it could also be arthritis but it is less likely. i strongly advise taking him to the vet in order to get it checked as it has been already 10 days without improvement.
