Found a cat with an embedded collar in her skin, where to take her?

Found this cat and her collar has grew into her skin don't know where I should take her couldn't get but one photo

Oh no, that is going to be incredibly painful to this poor cat! I would take her into a vet immediately, that has to be treated right away. She will need to be sedated in order to safely remove that collar and have that area cleaned and treated. If you do not want to assume financial responsibility for her, take her to your local SPCA now. Please do not delay in getting her treatment. Best of luck, I hope this helps!
