What shampoo for my dog's itchy, sensitive skin, infections, and ear sores?

Looking for shampoo and conditioner recommendations that will relieve itchy skin, Treat multiple skin conditions, hydrate skin, promote healing, and treat bacterial, fungal and viral infections. But okay to use on highly sensitive skin and wouldn't hurt if it got on my dogs ears (super dry, inflamed skin with sores that have black crust around them).
