My dog has serious health issues. How can I get help with vet bills?

My 4yr old American bulldog has lumps in her ears. My vet told me she had no knee caps and will need surgery on both legs, walks with a limp constantly her eyes keep going red. My partner left me know I have to deal with everything. I feel so sad and heartbroken she is my world problem is im not able to pay for this as I don't work what's the best possible thing to do. Zara has a lot of problems, just from the photos, I can tell that she has an ear infection (fungal or bacterial, with possibly an allergic component) and her eyes look like she may have a prolapsed gland of the third eyelid. All this will need to be addressed by your vet as well as the orthopedic problem.
