My dos has a lump in his penis.. I just saw it today. What might be the cause of it? Is it cancerous? And also his food. We feed him instinct raw frozen food. (Beef) Is that good for him?

This lump may be normal. It could be Dolce's bulbourethral glands, which enlarge when the dog is aroused or excited. Without seeing him in person, however, I can't say for certain. I'd have it checked out by a vet to be safe. No, it's not good food. I never recommend a raw diet. There is too much risk of poisoning from E coli and Salmonella to both your dog and you.
