Harley is around 3 months old. She had chewed open a toy, and it was on the table to be sewed. Our recliner was up, and she crawled onto the table to get the toy. She then fell off and hit her head. She didn’t yelp, and she seems fine but i am worried. Do you think she is okay? Pet's info: Dog | Rat Terrier | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 6 days old | 4 lbs

Signs of head trauma include difficult walking, loss of consciousness, vomiting, bleeding from the ears and eyes, pupils being different sizes (anisocoria), and seizures. If you see any of those signs, have Harley seen by a vet, but if she's acting normally, she is likely fine.
