The urine was checked it has sugar and ketones.

Poor guy. IT sounds like your pet has Diabetes and its severe with ketoacidosis. He needs to start insulin right away and be closely monitored by your vet to ensure his levels come down quickly and the ketones resolve. Hospitalization of your pet may be needed to stablize him. Hopefully he can be stabilized quickly and then managed well with a diabetic diet and regular insulin prescribed by your vet. I do hope that Mike gets better soon! Best wishes and take care.
