My 3 year old desexed male indoor cat has been peeing around the house. When we first moved to the new house he had bleeding from his genitals in large amounts and has since been peeing in puddles around the house. The vet we took him to when he was bleeding said it was behavioural as he was stressed, but we have been in the new house for about 5-6 months now and he is still peeing in large amounts at random. It doesn't seem to be spraying, it is big puddles at random. Could he be sick?

I would think he has a urinary tract infection. I would push your veterinarian to check a urine sample and see what is going on. Stress can cause urinary issues and then lead to infections If the urine is normal then bloodwork may be necessary to look at the kidney values
