My cat won't eat, is lethargic, and losing weight. What should I do?

My cat is not eating from last 5 days,he eat nothing like milk,bread,fish etc.he only sleep all time & his weight loos started.in 5 days his weight is reduce approx 50%.....please tell me the solution. Pet's info: Cat | Bengal | Male
