My dog's nose won't stop bleeding after an injury. What to do?

My pet name is lucky and my name is prashanth,By mistake i was beated my dog with the stick for some purpose but unfortunately it was touched to nose edge and blood is coming continueously till morning to afternoon, my lucky is suffering from pain please give me medicines...
