So my female boxer was spayed on Monday not really showing Hawaiian an interest in food and she still has not had a bowel movement is this normal. Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Female | spayed | 3 years and 1 month old | 61.8 lbs

This combined with the fact that she is not eating well likely explains why she has not had a bowel movement. I worry that she is not eating though. I recommend that she sees her veterinarian today to ensure that she is not painful or nauseous from the surgery. Do not give any over-the-counter pain medications as these can be toxic to dogs.
