This I dont think is a wound it's been there 2 weeks and is a bump that has started to bleed. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 7 months and 2 days old | 40 lbs

This looks like a mass or an abscess. There could be a foreign body in this which is trying to come out. This could also be an infected bite wound. You need to keep your dog from licking it, preferably by putting an e-collar on him. It would be best to have this examined by a veterinarian. It may need to be lanced and cleaned out and disinfected. Your dog may need antibiotics.
